CopyTrans TuneTastic

CopyTrans TuneTastic’s goal is to help you keep a tidy iTunes library. In fact, it scans your library and it uncovers multiple problems. And to be more precise, CopyTrans TuneTastic scans your iTunes library and uncovers the following problems: albums with missing tracks, albums with orphan tracks, albums with duplicate tracks, albums without artwork.

WindSolutions, the developer behind CopyTrans TuneTastic, explained that the software is fully compatible with Microsoft’s Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems. If you have a PC powered by a 32- or 64-bit version of Windows 7 or Windows 8, you won’t have any problems running CopyTrans TuneTastic on that PC.

By default, CopyTrans TuneTastic displays a Welcome dialog at startup. From this dialog you can access some handy User Guides, access a video that explains how to clean up your iTunes, and access a FAQ. If you don’t want to see this dialog at startup, check “Don’t show this again” from the lower left hand corner.

Two Large buttons are presented on CopyTrans TuneTastic’s interface: Automatic (Beta) and Toolbox (Coming Soon). Click the first one and CopyTrans TuneTastic will scan your iTunes library. As I’ve already mentioned, the scan looks for albums with missing tracks, albums with orphan tracks, albums with duplicate tracks, albums without artwork. In my case, CopyTrans TuneTastic found a duplicate entry in my iTunes library. I had no problems deleting that duplicate entry from my iTunes library.
